2015: Earned snaps and became a big part of the offense when injuries took their toll… tallied seven carries for 18 yards at Vanderbilt… rushed six times for 25 yards at Eastern Kentucky… came off the bench for 102 yards on 16 carries against UT Martin, a season-best… his season-long 37-yard touchdown scamper against the Skyhawks was the first of his Austin Peay career… chipped in with 14 yards on four carries against Jacksonville State.
2014: In crowded backfield, earned time in every contest as change-of-pace back… finished with 61 carries for 243 yards on the ground, with his 4.0 yards per carry second-best among Govs with 30 or more carries… ran for 39 yards on nine carries against Eastern Kentucky, including a season-best 27-yard scamper, and added three catches for 26 yards… had season-high 48 yards on 11 carries at UT Martin.
2013: Played in 10 games for the Govs in 2013… had three catches for 20 yards against Tennessee… had a 33-yard TD catch against Jacksonville State… had second three-catch game against Tennessee State… also had two rushes for 29 yards on the year.
Prep: Played running back and cornerback for Christopher Hughes at Fairview High School... participated in the 2013 Tennessee East-West All-Star Game.
Personal: Son of Jesse Franklin... has three brothers -- Jesse, Jonathan and Ernest... born Feb. 23.
