Connor Graham joined the Austin Peay coaching staff as an offensive graduate assistant after spending four seasons at Texas A&M. He began as a student equipment manager in 2022 before serving as a student coach assistant from 2023-25, working alongside current Governors offensive pass game coordinator and quarterbacks coach Gavin Spurrier.
