Austin Peay State University Athletics

Devin Bryant joined the Governors as an assistant director of athletics for equipment operations in July 2025.  

Before coming to Austin Peay, Bryant was an assistant equipment manager for Vanderbilt football from 2022-25, where he was responsible for inventorying and distributing gear for the Commodores, and communicating with the coaching and strength staff to help prepare for practices and games. Bryant oversaw 17 student managers and worked with the recruiting department following offseason events.

Bryant served as an administrative assistant for the Nashville Predators, 2021-22, where he worked with the director of business operations at various Ford Ice Centers across Middle Tennessee.

Bryant earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Chattanooga in 2020 and a master’s in sport administration from Belmont in 2023.
